General Questions
Do you provide only B&B services?
Yes, our hotel provides only Bed and Breakfast accommodations. This means that you can enjoy both a room and a breakfast buffet until 10:30. After that, we have a bunch of great restaurants and bars we suggest to checkout. Rather go for a quick snack? The La Serena Café provides you with delicious selfmade snacks and aperitives.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
No. Although we’re definitely pet lovers, it’s not allowed to bring pets to the hotel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-ins start at 12:00. In case you arrive earlier, we will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible. However, we can’t guarantee your room to be ready before 12:00. If you need to wait to check in, we’ll make sure to keep your suitcases safe at the hotel, so you can already start exploring the neighborhood.
You can check out until 12:00, unless you book a late check-out in advance, for which we charge an additional cost of €30 euros for use until 18:00. Want to keep your room for longer than that? Then you’ll have to book an extra night.
